IR Major, Rutendo Chigora Awarded Rhodes Scholarship

From Harare, Zimbabwe, Rutendo Chigora, a senior double majoring in international relations and political science and minoring in English, was awarded a non-U.S. Rhodes Scholarship and will be studying at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England. Chigora will be pursuing a master of public policy or a master of philosophy in development studies. Congratulations Rutendo!
