A panel of senior military officers studying at the Army War College in Carlisle, PA will come to the University of Pennsylvania for a discussion of National Security issues.

What in the world is going on in the world, and is the USA prepared to deal it?

We will discuss:

  • Changing relationships in the Middle East – Iraq, Iran, Israel, Egypt, Syria.
  • Piracy and increasing instability in Africa.
  • National Security on a reduced budget.

… and other topics you bring and raise for discussion.

The overarching goal of the Eisenhower Program is to have an opportunity to engage with students, faculty and civilians on strategic issues.
