International Relations at Penn

Welcome to the International Relations Program at the University of Pennsylvania! In the School of Arts and Sciences, the IR major places a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary skills. New Curriculum for Class of 2027

January 28, 2025

Starting with the class of 2027, we will implent a new curriculum for the major on a trial basis.

The key changes are:
- Availability of a 1 semester non-honors capstone paper option (in lieu of the 2 semester senior thesis)
- Explicit concentrations within the major
